1. Service

BoomBo is a catalog of nude sexy pics and gifs. Users may publish content; the site provides hosting, cataloging and technical derivatives (previews, resizing).

2. License for visitors

Personal non-commercial use: viewing and personal use of materials unless a rights holder states otherwise.

Without permission from the rights holder you may not: resell files or collections, claim others’ works as your own, mirror the catalog at scale, or use materials in ads, products, SaaS or other commercial purposes.

3. Account

You are responsible for your password and activity under your login. Spam, abusive scraping and illegal uploads are prohibited.

4. Uploads

By uploading content you confirm you have the necessary rights and grant BoomBo a non-exclusive right to store, display, create technical derivatives (previews, resizing) and remove material after complaints or moderation. Moderation may reject materials without detailed explanation.

5. Rights-holder claims

Removal process: Copyright holders. Repeat violations may lead to account suspension.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect damages. Uploaders are responsible for their content.

7. Changes

Terms may be updated; continued use after publication means you accept the changes.
